Not a great photo (click on it to enlarge it, and the red stripe is clearly visible), but she is one of the bigger Redbacks I've seen and she is making her home just near my washing line. I'll be shaking all my clean clothes out vigorously before wearing them from now on!

Actually I think I got it wrong. I believe it is a male redback - the female is much smaller. The red back confused me!
man i hate them, i don't care what gender they are...lol...i don't actually hate them, thats not nice, but i dislike them A LOT!
I don't mind spiders too much, but I really really hate cockroaches!
