Vegetableness

Just a few pics today, since I've spent most of this evening chatting on skype and then struggling to transfer a pattern on to a waffle weave tea towel (very frustrating) for a round robin I'm in. This lettuce is delicious, and I hope the tomotoes are going to be okay. I have three different types, although not many of each type, as most of the flowers fell off before the fruit set :-(

Looking good - what is the tom at the bottom?

Thanks Sandra and mummysidey, the bottom tomato is - I think - black krim, but I can't remember because I sent the rest of the packet to Chris and didn't write it down anywhere. Handy.

Wow, Sam, besides all of the craft work you do, you make beautiful veggies!! The lettuce looks really fresh and crispy... yum!

Thank you, chick chick....the lettuce is quite strong tasting so I only pick a couple of leaves at a time. So I really only need one plant. :-)
